A Very happy new year to all of you !!!

This is the first official CASEY Investor Update, and we wanted to start by sincerely thanking you for your continued support and belief in what we’re building.

This monthly update is designed to keep you closely informed on CASEY’s progress — including highlights, challenges, key metrics, and areas where we may ask for support. Transparency and consistency are core to how we intend to operate as a company, and this update will be a regular touchpoint going forward.

As we enter 2026, we’re transitioning from research and validation into execution. We’re also exploring the opportunity to open a Dubai-based development branch to support product development and operational scale, and we’ll share more concrete updates as this progresses.

Additionally, we’ll be providing access to our investor data room and sharing a product demo video currently in development, so you have clear visibility into both the product and the business fundamentals.

HIGHLIGHTS

  • Raised $30,000 to refine the product and begin early user acquisition.

  • Validated the problem space through comprehensive qualitative and quantitative research.

  • Conducted and recorded 12 in-depth user interviews/testimonials validating the need for CASEY.

  • Nearing completion of Version 2 of the product, scheduled for release in early January.

  • Initiated online social media marketing and paid acquisition efforts, targeting ~1,100 onboarded users through digital channels.

  • Outsourced and recruited multiple contributors across product development, social media marketing, content creation, user acquisition, and fundraising, with a focus on U.S.-based investor outreach.

  • Completed investor data room and due diligence preparation, positioning CASEY to engage with angel investors and venture capital firms.

LOWLIGHTS

  • We experienced the departure of several early team members responsible for user acquisition and technical development due to misalignment in work ethic, expectations, and long-term vision. This temporarily slowed progress.

  • To mitigate this, a major January focus will be securing a strong CTO to lead technical development, which is currently founder-led.

  • Execution speed across product, marketing, and research could have been faster. This was largely due to testing multiple approaches and encountering learning curves common at this stage.

  • As a result, our original timeline has shifted slightly; however, we are entering 2026 with clearer direction, stronger momentum, and more disciplined execution.

  • Waitlisted users: 16

  • Active users: 0 (pre-launch)

  • Runway: ~4 months

Revenue and growth metrics will be introduced once the product is live and pricing is validated.

UPCOMING FOCUS

  • Finalizing and solidifying the core team, with an emphasis on technical development and growth/marketing.

  • Completing key hires and equity issuance before engaging additional investors.

  • Launching Version 2 of the product and beginning active user onboarding.

  • Entering January investment-ready, with the goal of raising larger check sizes following product launch and early traction.

  • Iterating rapidly based on real user feedback and acquisition data.
